How to Return

No matter the reason you may return your order back to us with a guaranteed full refund or replacement mouse pad/desk mat. If you would like to return your parcel you will need to ship it back to the sender address and provide us with a valid tracking number. Do not send the package without having contacted us first. You can start the returns process by contacting us at

Unsatisfactory Products

We guarantee a full refund policy for first purchases. If you are unsatisfied you may send the merchandise back to us and either receive a refund or store credit. After the first time there is a 15 percent processing fee of your overall order. 

Damaged or Not Received Products

You will of course be eligible for a full refund in any occasion if you received a damaged product, an incorrect product, or if your package gets lost in the mail.
